Field Blend #2
- Regent Market Co-op opening again for in-person shopping finally allowed me to get whole rye flour from Lonesome Stone Mill.
- First attempt at Field Blend #2
- baked two loaves, sequentially
- sourdough starter taken out of the fridge and fed on day 1
- flours: King Arthur whole wheat; Dakota Maid bread flour, Lonesome Stone Mill whole rye flour
- baked 30 + 25 minutes
- Nicole really likes the bread; I'm somewhat less enthusiastic
- bread doesn't stay fresh very long
